Brooke Smith
Hello! My name is Brooke Smith, and I’m one of the directors at Bear Creek. I joined the team in 2020 as a Pre-K teacher, where I found my passion for early childhood education. Since then, I’ve grown within the facility and advanced to my current role. When I’m not at the daycare, I love spending time with my family, especially my beautiful baby girl, who inspires me to keep growing. I’m committed to continuous learning and ensuring our daycare meets the highest standard. I look forward to working with your family and making your child’s experience a memorable one!
Ashleigh Hicks
Hello! My name is Ashleigh Hicks and I’m one of the directors here at Bear Creek Lodge Learning Center. I’ve been in early childhood education for 7 years now and I’ve truly enjoyed every second of it. Being a director here at Bear creek has been rewarding, I’m beyond grateful to have the opportunity to make a real impact on kids’s early education. My goal as director is to lead a team of dedicated caregivers who create a positive environment for all children.
Jennifer Johnson
My name is Jennifer Johnson, I have been with Bear Creek Lodge for over a year. Before this, I worked in Child Care Regulation and now serve as the training coordinator and State regulation consultant for the center. I have two daughters, one in college and my youngest preparing for her senior year of high school. When I’m not with them, I enjoy fishing at the lake and learning more about bass fishing. Although training the staff is my priority, I love seeing your amazing kids and sharing in their milestones.

Andrea Hutson
Hi, my name is Andrea Hutson and I am the Account and Finance Manager here at Bear Creek Lodge. I started my journey here as a teacher 4 years ago. I was blessed with the experience of teaching and watching our wonderful 2 and 3 year olds grow! About a year ago I was given the opportunity to join the office. I was excited to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to maintain an amazing child care center. I have had the pleasure of welcoming all of our wonderful children to the Bear Creek Family. I can’t wait to continue my journey here!
