Brooke Smith - Senior Director
Hello! My name is Brooke Smith, and I’m the Senior Director at Bear Creek. I joined the team in 2020 as a Pre-K teacher, where I found my passion for early childhood education. Since then, I’ve grown within the facility and advanced to my current role. When I’m not at the daycare, I love spending time with my family, especially my beautiful baby girl, who inspires me to keep growing. I look forward to working with your family and making your child’s experience a memorable one!
Ashleigh Hicks - Director
Hello! My name is Ashleigh Hicks, and I’m one of the directors here at Bear Creek Lodge Learning Center. I’ve been in early childhood education for 7 years now, and I’ve truly enjoyed every second of it. Being a director here at Bear Creek has been a rewarding experience. I’m beyond grateful to have the opportunity to make a real impact on kids’ early education. My goal as director is to lead a team of dedicated caregivers who create a positive environment for all children.
Andrea Hutson - Assistant Director
Hello! My name is Andrea Hutson and I am the Assistant Director here at Bear Creek Lodge. I started my journey here as a teacher 5 years ago. I was blessed with the experience of teaching and watching our wonderful 2 and 3 year olds grow! About 2 years ago I was given the opportunity to join the office. I was excited to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to maintain an amazing child care center. I have had the pleasure of welcoming all of our wonderful children to the Bear Creek Family. I can’t wait to continue my journey here!
