Director

Hello! My name is Brooke Smith, and I’m one of the directors at Bear Creek. I joined the team in 2020 as a Pre-K teacher, where I found my passion for early childhood education. Since then, I’ve grown within the facility and advanced to my current role. When I’m not at the daycare, I love spending time with my family, especially my beautiful baby girl, who inspires me to keep growing. I look forward to working with your family and making your child’s experience a memorable one!

Ashleigh Hicks

Director

Hello! My name is Ashleigh Hicks, and I’m one of the directors here at Bear Creek Lodge Learning Center. I’ve been in early childhood education for 7 years now, and I’ve truly enjoyed every second of it. Being a director here at Bear Creek has been a rewarding experience. I’m beyond grateful to have the opportunity to make a real impact on kids’ early education. My goal as director is to lead a team of dedicated caregivers who create a positive environment for all children.
